ACERUS PHARMA return policy / refund / cancellation & shipping charges policy.
Acerus Pharma team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and also strives to services the medicines and products in right conditions / without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at time of delivery.
TABLE OF CONTENT :-
1. DEFINATION
“RETURN” means an action of giving back the product ordered at Acerus
Pharma portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may
cause the action of return of the product.
-: Product(s) delivered do not match order.
-: Product(s) delivered are post or near to expiry date (medicines with an expiry
date of less than 2 months shall be considered as near expiry.)
-: Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product
which has a tampered seal).
NOTE Please note that we can’t promise a replacement for all products as it
will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will
offer a refund.
2. REFUND PROCESS
a.) For return intimation, please visit (e-mail).
b.) ACERUS Customer team will verify the claim made by customer within 72
hours.
c.) Once Complaint/Claim is verified as genuine & reasonable, Acerus will be
initiate the collection of product (s) to be returned.
d.) The Customers will be required to pack the products in original
manufacturer’s packing.
e.) Refund Will be created within 20 days from the date of reverse pick up.
In all the cases, if claim is found to be valid, refund will be made as mentioned
below :-
a. Order placed through online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and,
b. Order placed through cod will refund through fund transfer to customer’s
bank account.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Estimated shipping charges are calculated as per the value of order and can be
viewed in the cart section at time of checkout.
